5. Payment Terms

Our AI trading bot service requires a one-time setup fee of $150. Payment must be made in full before service activation. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Hexion and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
